It's that time again for our annual LINK hiring conference held in conjunction with the NAIS Annual Conference! This year, LINK@NAIS will be held down south in Atlanta on March 7-9.

LINK@NAIS is a great opportunity to take advantage of the fact that independent schools from across the country and abroad will be descending upon Atlanta for the NAIS event. This is our final national hiring conference of the season, meaning it's candidates' last chance to make connections and interview with schools on a national level. While many schools from the mid-Atlantic region will be in attendance, so will schools from all geographic areas.

It's important to note that registration for LINK@NAIS does not include access to the NAIS Annual Conference. Similarly, if you are signed up to attend NAIS but also want to either interview CS&A candidates as a hiring school or have scheduled interviews with schools as a candidate, you must register for LINK@NAIS separately (see instructions below on how to do that!).

Tips for Candidates: Because the NAIS Annual Conference will be taking place concurrently with LINK@NAIS, school contacts will have busy schedules that will alternate between both events. For this reason, it's incredibly important that candidates mark themselves as available or unavailable in the Conference Module to ensure as few scheduling mix-ups as possible.

It's also worth mentioning that the number of on-site and last-minute interviews being scheduled is quite high. We anticipate on-site registrations from schools attending the NAIS event, so don’t panic if you have registered and your interview schedule looks thin. While we can’t guarantee interviews, experience has proved that there will be plenty of opportunity on the days of the event.
