The session was designed to help attendees understand how to break down the barriers of their roles to gain experience beyond their daily responsibilities – ultimately enhancing their job performance and career trajectory.
The team covered the areas of enrollment management, finance, academic leadership, and advancement to help participants learn how to reach across the aisle, whether they aspire to leadership, wish to support their colleagues in their leadership journeys, or simply recognize the value of understanding even more about the school they serve. The trio explored into entry points and current trends in each of these critical areas.

They dove into the intricate dynamics of trustees and heads, shedding light on the ways in which trustees can best support the head in their leadership and, ultimately, in support what is best for the school.
As members of CS&A's Leadership Coaching Practice, Ann and Lila partner with heads of school and their boards and/or board chairs to help both parties develop effective and highly-functional relationships, helping to facilitate honest and transparent conversations within a culture of collaboration and understanding.
