Each year, we host a hiring event in conjunction with the NAIS Annual Conference. This year, our LINK event—one of our favorite events—will be held in Baltimore on March 1-3 at the Hilton Baltimore Hotel.

This event is free for all registered candidates to attend. If you're thinking about a new professional opportunity next year, don't delay in registering. This a wonderful event that will allow you to interface with independent schools from all across the country.

Like all of our hiring events, the LINK@NAIS will have a hiring component. Our two-day interviewing event on March 2 and 3 will allow schools to schedule 30-minute interviews with registered candidates.

The LINK is unique in that many schools will be coming and going from our interview space as they move between interviews and NAIS Annual Conference sessions. For that reason, it will be very important for candidates to accurately mark themselves available or unavailable on their conference schedules.

Please also note that the LINK is one event where many interviews happen on-site. We anticipate on-site registrations from schools attending the NAIS event, so don’t panic if you have registered and your interview schedule looks thin. While we can’t guarantee interviews, experience has proved that there will be plenty of opportunity on-site.
