Announcing Our 2025 Hiring Conferences
Announcing Our 2025 Hiring Conferences
Each winter and spring, CS&A hosts a series of faculty and staff recruitment conferences in cities across the country that connects job-seeking candidates with hiring representatives from a variety of K-12 schools.
We are thrilled to host six in-person conferences in 2025. Please click on the individual links to book discounted hotel rooms and review the schedule:
FORUM DEIB – January 31-February 1 in Philadelphia
FORUM Boston – February 7-8
FORUM Nashville/NAIS – February 28
FORUM West in SF– March 7
FORUM New York City – March 28
FORUM Washington, D.C. – April 11
Simply put, hiring conferences are opportunities for candidates and schools to connect in pre-scheduled 30-minute interviews. Schools can interview multiple qualified candidates quickly and efficiently, and job seekers get the similar benefit of being able to meet with many different hiring schools.
Conferences are a great way for educators and administrators to network with different types of schools, hone their interview skills, and meet one-on-one with their Placement Associate. Most events also feature some type of presentation on topics such as interview tips and resume writing. Larger events, such as FORUM/DEIB, feature robust professional development opportunities for those in attendance.
All conferences are open to K-12 schools and active Carney Sandoe candidates who are in regular contact with their Placement Associate.
Conferences are free for CS&A candidates. Pricing for schools is in ORM.
Registration for both candidates and schools is now open! Please click on the conference you would like to attend to register.
The conference allows for schools to engage with teachers who are at various points in their teaching careers. Whether the teacher has been in the field for 20 years, is a career changer, or is someone starting out in the teaching field, this conference permitted me to engage with teachers across the spectrum of possibilities.Yolanda Wilcox Gonzalez Beaver Country Day School
