We were absolutely privileged to have Bob Regan as part of our search team. We had the difficult task of replacing a “legacy” President who had been with the school for over four decades. Our search committee was well-intentioned but we needed someone who could ensure we sourced and screened the absolute best candidates for our position. Bob helped us review and evaluate the local candidates and encouraged us to honestly compare them against the national candidates who were interested in our President role. He professionally challenged us when we were heading “off the rails” and he consistently asked us to “trust the process” which would render and secure the best possible candidate for our role. Bob sized up the characteristics of each search committee member and was able to relate to each member of the team. He was an invaluable partner and, by the end, a beloved part of our St. Joe’s “family.” We owe him big time! He is an incredible partner for any search you may consider.

Bob Windham and Bill Christ did an excellent job for Trinity School of Midland in conducting the Head of School search. They represented the School well, identified and helped recruit several strong candidates, and gave good advice to the Search Committee all throughout the process.

Just a quick note to say thank you again for the great work you did on the Principal search for Atlanta Classical. He’s getting rave reviews, and we just feel like he’s a perfect fit for us and a breath of fresh air as we move forward in our evolution.

From our first contact with Jennifer, we felt like we were in great hands. On our search, each and every deadline was achieved on or in advance of the dates promised. We received a strong pool of candidates, many of whom were sourced directly by Jennifer. She really put the time, effort, outreach, and research into our search and there is no question in my mind that her efforts were the most important factor in our search ending very successfully.

We had the pleasure of working with Greg Britton who helped us conduct a search for a CFO/COO. Initially, he spent time with me and then my Board Chair answering questions and providing options. He then presented 18 candidates to my advisory committee that he had vetted, providing his thoughts based on the comprehensive phone interviews he had with each candidate. Because he grew up relatively close to our school, he was particularly helpful because he fully understood the landscape. Greg communicated effectively and promptly with the candidates and our school, and I would highly recommend Greg to help you navigate the process.

Many thanks to you, Bob, and Bill Christ for guidance through this process. Not only did we find the perfect fit for our school, but this process also helped us look at our school community through many different constituent lenses … something we should have done long ago. I am grateful that you challenged us to do so, and I think we will be better for it in the future.

We wanted to express our sincere gratitude to you for your support in our head of school search process. We knew it would not be an easy task with the extremely tight timeframe we were facing but you were able to pull through and present to us a very strong line up of final candidates that were all unique and strong in their own regard. This in turn made our decision difficult, but you were always available to support our needs and give sound advice.

We worked with Greg Britton and Sara Shulman on the daunting task of finding the right successor for a monumentally effective (22-year) CFOO. From the start, they paired reassuring confidence with incisive questions that helped us hone our aspirations and focus our recruiting strategy. They presented a dozen varied candidates and supported me and our team as we narrowed the pool to three talented finalists. In addition to the obvious advantages of time saved and nets more broadly thrown, I appreciated Greg and Sara's candor about the ways that candidate personalities might or might not fit the culture of our team and community. They are perceptive conversationalists and honest brokers. Their reference checking was particularly helpful. This is our second leadership search with CS&A. Both processes were smooth, enlightening, successful...and even fun. We are grateful.
