Bob Windham and Bill Christ did an excellent job for Trinity School of Midland last year in conducting the head of school search. They represented the School well, identified and helped recruit several strong candidates, and gave good advice to the Search Committee all throughout the process.

Executive coaching is great because I can schedule sessions to fit my work week. I can make phone meetings with my coach for most any time of day or week that works for both of us. I customize our sessions to address my immediate questions while also asking my coach for general insight about issues connected to the work of a head of school. I value the wisdom and knowledge of Ann Teaff and genuinely look forward to regularly connecting with her. Bob Regan and Carney Sandoe are absolutely the best at what they do. In our case, that task was to find, recruit, and hire a new Head of School.
