My personal gratitude for your guidance, patience, expertise, and professionalism at every turn of our Search and Transition is difficult to put in to words. I couldn’t have done it without you. For that and so many other things, we at SAS (and especially the Search Committee) are so indebted to you. Our successful search began with CS&A, but it was working with you that really made it happen. I am sure you sensed that the stakes couldn’t have been higher, and we hit the ball out of the park thanks to you.

I want to thank you for your support and positive energy. I don't believe I would have gotten to this stage without your confidence in me. You have helped me earn an opportunity that I didn't think was likely, Art, and for that I want to thank you.

We are riding high with our public announcement coming out late yesterday on the appointment of our new Head of School. Everyone in the SFHS community is so excited and we can't thank you enough for the amazing job you did for us.

Let me take this opportunity to say that I found it an excellent experience working with you, Art, and the whole International team. Your solid advice, quick responses, and insight were super helpful to me.

Bob Regan and Carney Sandoe are absolutely the best at what they do. In our case, that task was to find, recruit, and hire a new Head of School. The search process was inclusive, timely, and extremely professional. Bob’s ability to manage personal relationships was extraordinary! It allowed for very in-depth interviews with all our constituent groups and provided us with significant insight into our specific needs for the new “face of our school.” Once the real work began, Bob never left our side. As a matter of fact, he’s still there! With regards to outcomes, we are now blessed with a true leader, someone we are confident will take us to the next level. Bob Regan and CS&A have my most enthusiastic endorsement!

I cannot thank you enough for guiding, prodding, and leading us through the search process. You delivered a strong group of candidates for our consideration. You brought your wisdom and experience to bear at critical stages in the process (“interview more, not less”), and acceding to your arm-twisting served us well. You were always available when we sought your counsel, and you were patient and supportive throughout. On behalf of the Search Committee, thank you for all that you did to help us land the right candidate to be the next Saint Mary’s Head of School.

I really enjoyed the process and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Needless to say, I thought you, and CS&S in general, were outstanding in every respect.

Just a quick note to say thank you again for the great work you did on the principal search for Atlanta Classical. He is getting rave reviews. We think he is a perfect fit for us and a breath of fresh air as we move forward in our evolution.

I want to take a moment to thank the three of you for your guidance, professionalism, insight, and constant vigilance as we undertook this most important undertaking. I think we had a series of good decisions in this process but the best one we had was the selection of Carney Sandoe as our search team. It got us off to a great start and an ultimately successful end! I learned a great deal through this process and I will always be grateful for the experience.
