I highly recommend working with Jennifer and the CS&A team. We expected our partnership with CS&A to generate a robust, talented pool of applicants for two positions in our Admissions Office. Executive coaching is great because I can schedule sessions to fit my work week. I can make phone meetings with my coach for most any time of day or week that works for both of us. We are riding high with our public announcement coming out late yesterday on the appointment of our new Head of School. Everyone in the SFHS community is so excited and we can't thank you enough for the amazing job you did for us.

Bob Regan and Carney Sandoe are absolutely the best at what they do. In our case, that task was to find, recruit, and hire a new Head of School. The search process was inclusive, timely, and extremely professional. Bob’s ability to manage personal relationships was extraordinary! It allowed for very in-depth interviews with all our constituent groups and provided us with significant insight into our specific needs for the new “face of our school.” Once the real work began, Bob never left our side. As a matter of fact, he’s still there! With regards to outcomes, we are now blessed with a true leader, someone we are confident will take us to the next level.
